The Birchdale is a traditional cast iron multi fuel stove but with a contemporary twist. This stove would look lovely in a traditional or modern living room. The stove has a generous sized fire box with an adjustable log guard which can be adapted from single to double height to accommodate different fuel types. The Birchdale boasts excellent efficiency and is clean burning which means it has been DEFRA approved to burn wood in smoke controlled areas. The stove comes in black stove paint as standard but is also available in optional Arctic White gloss enamel finish with matching gloss enamel flue pipe. This stove is also ECODESIGN ready which means it has already reached the standards required for lower emissions in readiness for new regulations that will come in to force in 2022.
