Stove & Flue Services is a company with a long and proud history. The original family business was founded in 1907 by John Williams as a coal merchant and haulage business (John Williams & Son). The business is now run by husband and wife team Iwan and Siân, the fourth generation of the family to be involved in the business.

We are rightly proud of our heritage, and this pride is reflected in the quality of our products and the high level of service and customer support we provide.

Stove Installation & Maintenance

Stove & Flue Services sell stoves from a wide range of respected manufacturers including ACR, Burley and Town & Country Fires. We back our stove sales with a comprehensive pre-sales survey and inspection service, an end to end installation service, and the highest levels of aftersales and maintenance. We are also experts in flues and chimneys.

Qualifications & Accreditations

Our installation engineers are trained to the highest standards and have undertaken training and relevant qualifications for all the ranges we supply. We are a HETAS Registered Company (the government-approved Competent Persons scheme for the solid fuel, wood and biomass heating industry) and we are CHAS (Construction Health and Safety) registered and hold public liability insurance to the value of £5M.

Landlords, Local Authorities & Housing Associations

We work extensively with private landlords, local authorities and housing associations to provide both scheduled safety checks and tests, and non-schedule maintenance and repairs across a whole property portfolio. We provide landlord / tenant HETAS Safety Certificates on all appliances we maintain.
